Introducing a new flavour this month: Snickerdoodles, or cinammon sugar cookies. Soft, chewy butter rounds doused in cinammon sugar.

Baked in scottish fashion. Made with high quality butter and icing sugar, with sugar sprinkling. Well, my brother's love cookies, and sometimes they are my best (and sometimes worst) critics. Shortbread is a favourite with them!
